Iced RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Iced in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you are looking at iced in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: iced in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced RDA really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at iced in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested iced in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where iced goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.24 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.24 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
Is iced legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
