Iced in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.95 per 10 ml.
Iced in Belgrade reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.95 per 10 ml.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where iced goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | RSD34 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.95 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.95 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
