Iced refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Iced in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with iced in Belgrade
Iced refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: iced in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.73 per 10 ml.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where iced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.73 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for iced in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
How long does iced in a refill pack last?
In Belgrade we measured 4 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
