Iced vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Iced in Belgrade: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with iced in Belgrade
Iced in Belgrade reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.5 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested iced in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where iced goes wrong
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for iced in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.5 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
