Lemon cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Lemon in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What lemon costs in Belgrade
Lemon cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Lemon in Belgrade reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lemon cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at lemon in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested lemon in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lemon bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.03 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
