Lemon cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Lemon in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
A lemon cartomizer from the reviewed options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.89 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.89 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long lemon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lemon cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested lemon in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does lemon in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 2 to 23 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lemon the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.89 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
