Lemon pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Lemon in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a pen device for lemon
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
We run lemon the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long lemon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lemon pen device really costs in Belgrade
Lemon in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested lemon in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.54 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for lemon in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
