Lemon pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Lemon in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Lemon is allowed to say
We run lemon the same way in Belgrade: same pen device, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The honest read on lemon: 6 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lemon pen device really costs in Belgrade
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested lemon in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Treating the advertised RSD29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.79 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD29 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.79 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lemon the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.79 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should lemon start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
