Lemon RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Lemon in Belgrade: 23 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Lemon is allowed to say
If you are looking at lemon in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Lemon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.36 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lemon RDA really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on lemon: 23 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested lemon in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised RSD58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.36 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Lemon | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | RDA | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 23 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD58 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.36 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should lemon start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
