Licorice mesh tank Shisha in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Licorice in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Licorice is allowed to say
If you are looking at licorice in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: licorice in Belgrade works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
A licorice mesh tank from the value options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.8 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.8 per 10 ml.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
Is licorice legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a mesh tank.
