Licorice pod kit Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Licorice in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Licorice is allowed to say
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.48 per 10 ml.
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: licorice in Belgrade works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice pod kit really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at licorice in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested licorice in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

| Entry kit | RSD57 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.48 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
