Licorice RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Licorice in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Licorice in Belgrade reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice RDA really costs in Belgrade

How we tested licorice in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Treating the advertised RSD68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.81 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
