Licorice refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist
Licorice in Belgrade: 9 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the licorice habit
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
A licorice refill pack from the bulk options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.34 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: licorice in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice refill pack really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at licorice in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested licorice in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every licorice bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.34 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD41 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
