Licorice starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Licorice in Belgrade: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Licorice in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested licorice in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Mixing licorice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.45 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD29 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.45 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
