Licorice vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Licorice in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 6 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with licorice in Belgrade
We run licorice the same way in Belgrade: same vape pen, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Licorice in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: licorice in Belgrade works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice vape pen really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at licorice in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested licorice in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a licorice bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.3 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD66 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is licorice legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
