Licorice zero-nicotine bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the price shortlist — Belgradeshisha
Licorice in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
The honest read on licorice: 24 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.69 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the zero-nicotine bottle you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
A licorice zero-nicotine bottle from the value options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.69 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested licorice in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for zero-nicotine bottle in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the zero-nicotine bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.69 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Packaging for licorice in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.69 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
