Lime starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Lime in Belgrade: 13 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Lime is allowed to say
Lime in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Lime starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lime starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Lime in Belgrade reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested lime in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where lime goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lime in Belgrade survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is lime legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lime the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.99 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
How long does lime in a starter kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
