Mango starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Mango in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Mango is allowed to say
A mango starter kit from the best options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.54 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run mango the same way in Belgrade: same starter kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long mango tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mango starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested mango in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where mango goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.54 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

Is mango legal to sell in Serbia?
