Melon starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Melon in Belgrade: 15 units tested over 7 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What melon costs in Belgrade
Melon starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a melon starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Melon prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.21 per 10 ml.
How we tested melon in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where melon goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.21 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
