Mint 30 ml shortfill Shisha in Belgrade: the flat shortlist
Mint in Belgrade: 13 units tested over 8 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Mint is allowed to say
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.54 per 10 ml.
A mint 30 ml shortfill from the flat-rate options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.54 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
Mint in Belgrade reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested mint in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where mint goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.54 per 10 ml.
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
