Mint RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the online shortlist
Mint in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 2 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What mint costs in Belgrade
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.87 per 10 ml.
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint RDA really costs in Belgrade
Mint in Belgrade reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested mint in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mint goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.87 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD1.87 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
