Mint refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Mint in Belgrade: 24 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What mint costs in Belgrade
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.23 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at mint in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: mint in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Mint refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested mint in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where mint goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
