Mint zero-nicotine bottle Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist — Belgradeshisha
Mint in Belgrade: 11 units tested over 4 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Mint prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.0 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at mint in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, zero-nicotine bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at mint in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the zero-nicotine bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mint in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mint bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where mint goes wrong
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.0 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.0 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
