Mintice pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Mintice in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with mintice in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Mintice in Belgrade reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: mintice in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice pen device really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested mintice in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |

| Entry kit | RSD53 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.32 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD3.32 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
