Mintice prefilled pod Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Mintice in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.18 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, prefilled pod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice prefilled pod really costs in Belgrade
A mintice prefilled pod from the compared options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.18 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a prefilled pod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.18 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a prefilled pod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for mintice in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a prefilled pod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.18 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD47 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.18 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
