Mintice RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Mintice in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with mintice in Belgrade
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.08 per 10 ml.
Mintice in Belgrade reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice RDA really costs in Belgrade
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested mintice in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.08 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
