Mintice RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the wholesale shortlist
Mintice in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 6 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What mintice costs in Belgrade
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.59 per 10 ml.
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice RDA really costs in Belgrade
We run mintice the same way in Belgrade: same RDA, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested mintice in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Belgrade survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.59 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
