Mintice refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the best shortlist
Mintice in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on mintice: 22 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Mintice in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: mintice in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice refill pack really costs in Belgrade
A mintice refill pack from the best options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.93 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Belgrade survives.
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised RSD44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.93 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
