Mintice starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Mintice in Belgrade: 8 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Mintice starter kit here
If you are looking at mintice in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice starter kit really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at mintice in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mintice in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.05 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Belgrade survives.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.05 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
