Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
Mintice starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Mintice starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested mintice in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Treating the advertised RSD36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.53 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
