Mintice vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Mintice in Belgrade: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at mintice in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Mintice in Belgrade reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice vape pen really costs in Belgrade
We run mintice the same way in Belgrade: same vape pen, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested mintice in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

| Entry kit | RSD35 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.65 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.65 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
