Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run mintice the same way in Belgrade: same vape pen, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Mintice vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice vape pen really costs in Belgrade
A mintice vape pen from the online options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.14 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
Is mintice legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
