Mintice vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Mintice in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 2 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Mintice in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.23 per 10 ml.
How we tested mintice in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.23 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for mintice in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
