Nutty pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Nutty in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Ordering Shisha to Belgrade: the practical version
Nutty prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.81 per 10 ml.
Nutty sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: nutty in Belgrade works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a nutty pen device really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested nutty in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a nutty bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.81 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why nutty tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Packaging for nutty in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Entry kit | RSD59 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.81 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does nutty taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the nutty blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
