Nutty sub-ohm kit Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Nutty in Belgrade: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A nutty sub-ohm kit from the budget options in Belgrade costs about RSD1.96 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run nutty the same way in Belgrade: same sub-ohm kit, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long nutty tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a nutty sub-ohm kit really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on nutty: 22 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested nutty in a sub-ohm kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every nutty bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised RSD37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.96 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should nutty start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
Why does nutty taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the nutty blend itself harsh.
Is nutty legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
