Passionfruit vape pen Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Passionfruit in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Delivery, returns and what 3–8 business days really means
Passionfruit prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD1.67 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at passionfruit in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the vape pen you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: passionfruit in Belgrade works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a passionfruit vape pen really costs in Belgrade
Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested passionfruit in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a passionfruit bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where passionfruit goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD1.67 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why passionfruit tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Packaging for passionfruit in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.67 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD51 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does passionfruit taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the passionfruit blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should passionfruit start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
