Pear refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Pear in Belgrade: 21 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Pear refill pack here
Pear sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at pear in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: pear in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Pear prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.21 per 10 ml.
How we tested pear in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where pear goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long pear in Belgrade survives.
- Treating the advertised RSD37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.21 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for pear in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On pear the budget price and the premium price can sit within RSD2.21 per 10 ml once 3–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should pear start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
