Plain 30 ml shortfill Shisha in Belgrade: the order shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plain habit
The honest read on plain: 18 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A plain 30 ml shortfill from the pre-order options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.0 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: plain in Belgrade works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain 30 ml shortfill really costs in Belgrade
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.0 per 10 ml.
How we tested plain in a 30 ml shortfill
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where plain goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.0 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
