Plain cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the deals shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plain habit
Plain in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A plain cartomizer from the discounted options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.44 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain cartomizer really costs in Belgrade

How we tested plain in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plain goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised RSD54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.44 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.

Frequently asked questions
Is plain legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
