Plain cartomizer Shisha in Belgrade: the price shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
If you are looking at plain in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you are looking at plain in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: plain in Belgrade works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain cartomizer really costs in Belgrade
Plain in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plain in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plain goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.42 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Plain | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | cartomizer | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 7 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD49 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.42 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Belgrade?
Yes, tracked to 3–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
How long does plain in a cartomizer last?
In Belgrade we measured 6 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
