Plain e-liquid bundle Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 10 units tested over 7 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Plain e-liquid bundle here
A plain e-liquid bundle from the budget options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.59 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.59 per 10 ml.
The short version: plain in Belgrade works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain e-liquid bundle really costs in Belgrade
We run plain the same way in Belgrade: same e-liquid bundle, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plain in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
Where plain goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plain in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
How long does plain in a e-liquid bundle last?
In Belgrade we measured 7 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
