Plain mesh tank Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Plain mesh tank here
Plain in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The honest read on plain: 12 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: plain in Belgrade works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain mesh tank really costs in Belgrade
If you are looking at plain in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plain in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.11 per 10 ml.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
