Home / Plain pen device Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist

What plain costs in Belgrade

A plain pen device from the compared options in Belgrade costs about RSD3.29 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

Ordering into Belgrade usually means waiting 3–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.

Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

What a plain pen device really costs in Belgrade

Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD3.29 per 10 ml.

How we tested plain in a pen device

1. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
2. Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
3. Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.

• The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
• Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
• Spare parts availability for pen device in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
• Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.

Where plain goes wrong

• Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
• Treating the advertised RSD28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.29 per 10 ml.
• Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

The rules that apply here
