Plain pod kit Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 11 units tested over 3 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How to tell a good pod kit from a repack
Plain in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at plain in Belgrade, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: plain in Belgrade works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain pod kit really costs in Belgrade
We run plain the same way in Belgrade: same pod kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plain in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where plain goes wrong
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a pod kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Belgrade stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in Belgrade survives.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Shisha online in Belgrade?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
How much does a pod kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD2.51 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD31 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
