Plain RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the compare shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 11 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
What the label on Plain is allowed to say
The honest read on plain: 11 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run plain the same way in Belgrade: same RDA, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: plain in Belgrade works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain RDA really costs in Belgrade
Plain RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plain in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plain goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plain in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Plain | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | RDA | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 11 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD68 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD3.03 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD3.03 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is plain legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
