Plain RDA Shisha in Belgrade: the guide shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 6 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
The honest read on plain: 6 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
We run plain the same way in Belgrade: same RDA, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain RDA really costs in Belgrade
There is no single best way to buy Shisha in Belgrade. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested plain in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Serbia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Plain | Decides coil choice more than strength does |

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Belgrade | 3–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | RSD42 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD1.95 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Belgrade: about RSD1.95 per 10 ml liquid plus RSD42 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
