Plain refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Where buyers go wrong with plain in Belgrade
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Plain in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain refill pack really costs in Belgrade
Plain in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Belgrade the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plain in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plain goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised RSD60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.09 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Plain | Decides coil choice more than strength does |

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Serbia |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |

| Entry kit | RSD60 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.09 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Serbia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
How long does plain in a refill pack last?
In Belgrade we measured 9 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
