Plain refill pack Shisha in Belgrade: the review shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plain habit
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

The short version: plain in Belgrade works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain refill pack really costs in Belgrade
The honest read on plain: 19 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Belgrade accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plain in Belgrade must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.

| Entry kit | RSD37 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | RSD2.91 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
