Plain starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the budget shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 7 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
Choosing a starter kit for plain
A plain starter kit from the budget options in Belgrade costs about RSD2.41 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Belgrade that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within RSD2.41 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Most people searching Shisha in Belgrade are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested plain in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Serbia, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Belgrade, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Belgrade.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plain goes wrong
- Treating the advertised RSD46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD2.41 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How long does plain in a starter kit last?
In Belgrade we measured 9 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
Is plain legal to sell in Serbia?
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid.
