Plain starter kit Shisha in Belgrade: the cheap shortlist
Plain in Belgrade: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Belgrade.
How we tested Plain starter kit here
Plain starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain starter kit really costs in Belgrade
Plain starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plain in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Serbia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Belgrade.
Where plain goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised RSD59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run RSD3.23 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Serbia allows 20 mg/ml nicotine and uses its own excise registration for liquid. Shipping of nicotine to Belgrade runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Serbia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
